This Shopify store is a self-operated cross-border e-commerce store. All products are stocked, packed, and shipped globally from our compliant warehouse in Zhejiang Province, China. All business activities strictly comply with the E-commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China, national import and export trade regulations, and general cross-border compliance standards worldwide. The store only provides online product sales and international shipping services. By placing an order, buyers voluntarily acknowledge and accept all cross-border transaction rules and legal terms.
Due to regional, legal and logistics differences in international cross-border trade, the rights and liabilities of both parties are clearly defined:
1. Seller Liabilities: We guarantee all products are legally sourced, non-infringing, and compliant. We process and ship orders in accordance with store policies, provide truthful product information, valid tracking numbers, and official documents for customs clearance, and fulfill standard shipping and after-sales assistance obligations.
2. Buyer Liabilities: Buyers acknowledge the nature of international cross-border shopping and voluntarily bear all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees imposed by local authorities. Buyers shall comply with local import regulations, product entry standards, and customs inspection rules of their destination country, and ensure purchased products are used for legal purposes only.
All cross-border orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms unless explicitly marked as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout. All customs clearance procedures, tax payments, package detention, inspection, return or disposal are subject to local laws and regulations of the buyer’s destination country. We shall not be held liable for any costs, losses or legal responsibilities arising from:
1. Buyer’s refusal to pay import duties or refusal of delivery resulting in return or destruction of packages;
2. Packages detained or confiscated by local customs due to non-compliance with local import standards or restricted product policies;
3. Failed delivery, return or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer;
4. Local customs policy changes, temporary inspections, trade restrictions and other force majeure or administrative actions.
All shipping times displayed on the store are estimated reference times and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery deadline. International shipments may experience delays or transit stagnation due to peak-season congestion, customs inspections, extreme weather, carrier strikes, international transit fluctuations and other uncontrollable factors. These circumstances are normal in global cross-border trade. We assume no legal liability for compensation, refunds or penalties caused by delivery delays, and will actively assist buyers with logistics follow-up and customs support.
All store page designs, texts, product images, videos, logos, copywriting and layout content are original or legally licensed for use, protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. No individual or institution may copy, repost, modify, steal or commercially use any store content without our written official authorization. We reserve the right to pursue full legal liability for any infringement behavior.
We strictly comply with GDPR, CCPA and global cross-border data privacy regulations. We only collect, store and process user information (name, shipping address, contact details, payment information) necessary for order processing and delivery. All private user data is solely used for order fulfillment, logistics and after-sales service, and will not be leaked, resold or illegally used for commercial purposes. By placing an order, users consent to lawful data collection and cross-border data transmission within compliance scope.
We prohibit all illegal and non-compliant transactions and do not ship to war zones, internationally sanctioned regions and logistics-restricted areas. Buyers are forbidden to purchase, transit or resell contraband, controlled items or products violating local laws through our store. We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend shipment without refund or compensation for non-compliant transactions, and retain the right to pursue legal accountability.
All store transactions and the interpretation, application and dispute resolution of this legal statement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from cross-border transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people’s court located in Zhejiang Province, China for settlement.
We reserve the right to revise and update this legal statement at any time. Revised terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the store without individual user notification. Store browsing and order placement constitute full acceptance of all legal terms and subsequent revisions.
